Design Development-Exterior

• Produce as-built floor & elevation plans
• Design proposed demolition, floor & electrical plans

PHASE TWO

Documentation of Existing Site

• Completion of job site questionnaire
• Documentation of project details by Design Principal & Estimator
• Digital imaging of existing construction

Design Development-Interior


• Produce as-built floor plans
• Design proposed demolition, floor & electrical plans
• Review of proposed floor & electrical plans with Owner

Design Refinement & Cost Development


• Refine plans for estimating & proposal
• Conduct on-site meetings with trade partners
• Assist client with product & material selections

Development of Contract & Specifications


• Prepare fixed price contract
• Complete comprehensive set of specifications
• Present contract & specifications

Execution of Contract & Agreement


• Contract Signing
• Accountability & scope of work guaranteed by detailed specifications

PHASE THREE

Project Scheduling

• Staff creates cloud based project schedule with Builder Trend Scheduling Software
• Administrative Assistant invites Owner to join Builder Trend

Pre-construction Meeting


• Introduction to the construction crew
• Discussion of any client concerns
• Finalize project logistics with Owner
• Pre-construction job site inspection by Owner & Project Manager
• Start the construction process

Builder Trend Construction Management System


• The key communications tool for the entire project
• Provides complete schedule of project for constant client review
• Indicates dates for critical selections of materials by Owner
• Contains document file with specifications drawings and installation instructions
• Allows change orders to be reviewed and approved on-line

Project Management


• Incorporate Lead Safe Work Practices as required
• Working Project Manager on-site to monitor construction
• Quality control guarantee with our custom Quality Assurance Program
• Coordination and supervision of specialty trades and carpenters
• Secure job site at the end of work day
• Final clean up - move in ready

Final Inspection


Walk through with Owner & Project Manager

Client Satisfaction Program


• Leading 3 year warranty with scheduled follow up by staff every 6 months for 3 years
• Alphabetized notebook with product manuals for all equipment created for Owner
• Home Owner satisfaction survey emailed to client .
