Outdoor Kitchen & Dining

“The Buckingham Group had remodeled two of our previous homes. When it came time to enclose the open patio of our newest home, they were our obvious choice.  They tackled the project with their usual creativity and speed. They leveled and extended the patio, located a brick that matched the exterior brick of our thirty year-old house, integrated the surrounding roofs into the new roof, added a fire pit and a complete outdoor kitchen. To eliminate the mosquito problem, they installed motorized screens. For architectural interest they added decorative ceiling beams. When, we decided to retire in Florida, the patio was one of the features that made our home attractive to potential buyers. Our only regret is that we could not use The Buckingham Group to remodel our new Florida retirement home.”

“The Buckingham Group was hired to undertake an interior remodel of the first floor of this home while simultaneously integrating its design and construction  into a new outdoor living space. Both spaces were designed to accommodate large and small gatherings of family and friends. The outdoor living area is composed of an outdoor kitchen, a dining area, and an outdoor media space all of which are enclosed by brick walls, columns and a combination of fixed and motorized screens. A stamped and stained concrete patio embraces a fire pit, sitting area and becomes a path leading to the new in-ground pool. A pool bathroom provides convenience for pool users, while the outdoor kitchen not only satisfies the husbands interest in the smoking and grilling of meats but provides immediate access to the indoor kitchen via sliding glass windows between both areas.”

“A central feature of the 40th remodel that you have undertaken on our home was the outdoor kitchen, which included high-end cooking appliances, a refrigerator, ice maker, utility sink,  beverage center, and a large granite countertop for food prep and serving.
