Total Home Transformed

This project involved the design and remodel of over 4,000 sf of space which involved the removal of approximately 400 sf of the existing structure and the addition of approximately 900 sf of new construction. Above and beyond that, the exterior transformation included removal of several aesthetically compromising features,  relocation and enlargement of windows, replacement of the balance of the windows, construction of a new front porch and entry, installation of a new chimney, and the addition of dormers for architectural interest. New brick with the same texture  as the existing brick was used to reconstruct the exterior.  The entire house was then painted to give  a uniform appearance.

Complete Estate Remodel

“You took our house which had aluminum windows surrounded by massive cedar beams and converted it into an awesome estate. While retaining its original architectural lines the Buckingham Group replaced and relocated the windows with Pella’s Architectural Window system. You surrounded the windows with custom cast stone trim. A new cast stone front porch was added to create a focal point for the home. Period Correct Home Addition
