Total  Home Transformation

This project entailed the design and remodel of over 4,000 sf of space. Integral to the overall remodel was the removal of approximately 400 sf of the existing structure and the addition of approximately 900 sf of new construction. Included was the relocation of the kitchen from the front of the home to the side, the total remodel of four bathrooms, the addition of a home theater and fireplace,  the relocation and enlargement of windows and the replacement of others, construction of a new front porch and entry, and  raising the ceiling throughout the common areas of the home.  A new triple zone HVAC  system was installed and the entire lighting control switched over to  a Lutron graphic eye multi zone control.  Finishing touches included new flooring and moldings throughout.  The entire project was completed on schedule through careful planning and the use of the Builder Trend Project Management System.
