Symmetrical Accents
A new porch with a graceful brick arch now provides a welcoming feeling this home. Two dormers were added to the massive slope of the roof to provide architectural interest. A new front entry door with a glazed circle top arch were incorporated into the design adding both requested privacy and interior lighting. The brick was painted after which new Windsor windows and custom wood shutters were added to the entire home.

Transitional full overlay Woodstock Cabinets support Dolomite Stone Countertops. GE Monogram appliances provide an array of high-end cooking capabilities. Glass subway tile covers the backsplash. Wine racks can be basic and functional or custom designed to highlight your personal style. This affordable pull-out racking system provided storage in a pantry for a limited selection of wines that were enjoyed by our client.

Custom Utility and Laundry Room
Full overlay transitional cabinets, a Quartz countertop, Kohler stainless steel undermount utility sink, and a touch activated Delta faucet provide form and function in this utility room. Please note how the window, faucet, and cabinets are all perfectly centered in the room and in the long hallway that leads to the utility space.

Elegant and Organized
WSG 12 x 12 Mosaic backsplash tile with a serrated finish complements the gray transitional Woodstock cabinets and Quartz countertops in this total utility room remodel. A touch activated Delta faucet and Kohler stainless steel undermount utility sink provide convenience for the homeowner.

Beveled Beauty
Ceramic full body tiles from Interceramic provide a high gloss low maintenance surface in this guest bathroom. A Delta two in one shower head provides both fixed and personal shower flexibility. A six-foot Kohler soaking tub is filled with a Brizo tub filler. The linen cabinet, with mirror inserted in the cabinet door, provides generous storage. A SunTouch electric heating mat is concealed under both the bathroom floor and the shower floor and seat. An opaque frameless shower door provides privacy and direct access to the interior of the master shower.
