A real beauty, this island includes a generous area for food preparation. Kitchen Aid built the high-end cooktop as part of this collection of major appliances. Seating for three is offered for conversation with the chef, casual dining or a variety of daily tasks. We have seen the kitchen island become a convenient gathering place for many families.

Two islands with “African Fantasy” Granite countertops provide an expansive workspace for the husband-and-wife gourmet cooks. Knotty Alder cabinets with inset doors provides specialized storage. Kohler farm front and vegetable sinks are integrated into this island cooking center.

Transitional full overlay Woodstock Cabinets support Dolomite Stone Countertops in this expansive center island. Outfitted with bar stools it seats up to five family members. For large family gatherings, bar stools are removed transforming the island into an expansive buffet table.

A custom-built center island for five creates a functional workspace complete with Brizo Faucet, Kohler stainless steel sink and InSinkErator hot water dispenser.

This center island features a custom fabricated “book matched” Dolomite countertop. Outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail by our installer is demonstrated by the hidden seam that is centered on and behind the under-mount Kohler stainless steel sink.
The Perfect Finish Braniff Hills 2019
This custom island features an Elkay under-mount Fireclay Farm Sink which is surrounded by a custom three-inch-thick Burmese Teak end grain butcher block countertop. With periodic oiling and proper maintenance, the countertop will resist water damage for the life of the kitchen providing the Owners with a unique cooking center for their home.
Cramped to Cozy Florence Park Addition 2018
A strategically designed island enabled cramped to became cozy in this simple but elegant kitchen for two. Re-arrangement of floor space doubled cabinet storage in this 1928 vintage home.
Past Meets Present Travis Heights 2012
The Carrara Marble countertop of this island is outfitted with a Kohler under-mount sink. With seating for two, it is centered on and opposite the 400-year-old cast iron “Fire Back” creating a compact cooking center for this kitchen.
Everything Nice The Crescent 2000
Cardel traditional full overlay cherry cabinets support the Santa Fe Granite countertop in this island. Outfitted with a Kohler under-mount vegetable sink and traditional faucet it is an integral part of the cooking center for these gourmet cooks. Shallow depth island end cabinets provide convenient storage space for cooking oils, vinegars, and condiments.
The Working Triangle Heatwave Supply Showroom 2012
Strategic placement of the cooktop, two sinks and refrigerator create the perfect working triangle. Jay Rambo Walnut Euro-style cabinets provide storage and a location for two additional cooking surfaces in this large island.
Island Living Hudson Meadows 2005
Twin Knotty Alder Islands provide a unique design solution to spatial requirements in this kitchen. The island in the foreground contains a warming drawer, vegetable sink and eating bar. The second island contains a beverage cooler and main sink. The space between the islands provides a direct path between the Wolf Cooktop and the expansive walk-in pantry.
Warm & Inviting Southern Oaks Estates II 2012
Full overlay Jay Rambo walnut cabinets are accessible from all four sides of this compact center island. The cabinets were custom designed to meet the specific needs of our client. The perfect size of the island provides not only requested storage but much needed prep space for this cooking center.
